Ina previous blog, all the way back in April, Disney announced about their new program, Friends For Change. It's all about being earth friendly and helping the environment. When Disney airred the video on Disney Channel, a song called "Send It On" was playing in the background. Now, they are releasing the song and the music video. The music video is yet to be airred, but they did release the song. A bunch of Disney stars sang for this song - the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, Miely Cyrus, and of course, Selena.
